What does Ebook Stamper do?
Ebook Stamper allows you to protect your PDF ebooks by uniquely stamping them with the name and email address of each customer who buys one. The stamp can be a header or footer and is printed on each page of your ebook. See our demo for a real example with your own PDF ebook.
Multiple website integration options
Once you have setup a new ebook in your account, you have several options for adding a download link to your website.
Basic download link
This option can be used to generate a download link for downloading a stamped ebook. This option does not check if the parameters have been modified.
Secure download link
This option is the same as the basic download link option, however this option enables you to encode the name and email address parameters to ensure the customer has not changed them.
Clickbank support
This option is the same as the secure download link option, however it is designed to work with Clickbank. It enables you to prevent customers changing name or email parameters in a url.
Paypal support
This option is the same as the secure download link option, however it is designed to work with Paypal. It enables you to prevent customers changing name or email parameters in a url.
Send by email
This option should be used if you can only add static html pages to your website. Your customer must enter their name and email address into a form and we will immediately send the stamped ebook to their email address.
Manage your ebooks in your account
Manage all your ebooks via your account. A thumbnail image is generated for each ebook.
Preview your stamps
You can preview any stamp configurations on your ebook directly from the ebook view page.
Support for extra PDF protection
We a also recently added support for extra PDF security protection along with stamping. You can now do the following:
Password protect your PDF
You can now protect your PDF with Ebook Stamper. This means each time your customer opens the PDF they will need to enter their email address to access it.
Disable PDF printing and copying
You can now disable PDF printing and copying with Ebook Stamper. This means your customer will not be able to print the PDF document or copy the contents.
